Sunday - Thursday: $50 per person, per night, 6 guest minimum
Friday - Saturday: $55** per person, per night, 6 guest minimum
*** RATE INCREASE: Effective May 01, 2012, "Friday - Saturday" rates will increase to $60 per person per night. Call/email before January 01, 2012 to book your 2012 retreat and you pay the current $55 rate.
Special: If you book the entire house (12 people) only pay for 11.
Minimum 2 night stay
Hours for overnight stays: Noon Arrival, 3pm Departure
Deposit: Retreat reservations require a $100 deposit, with the balance due upon arrival. A full refund is available if cancelled 30 days prior to reservation date.
Day Rates: $50 per 4 hours (morning or afternoon)
