Bring your craft group to the Wimberley Quilt Ranch and enjoy our comfortable facilities that are designed for crafters retreats. Whether you quilt, sew, scrapbook, bead, weave, knit or just need a place for your group to get away and recharge, you will enjoy our beautiful 6+ acre grounds, comfortable sleeping for 12, the crafters' dream workroom, and the nearby village of Wimberley in the heart of Texas Hill Country.
The WQ Ranch is located just 30 miles southwest of Austin and 60 miles northeast of San Antonio. If you are coming from farther away, we are 3 1/2 hours from Houston, Dallas or Ft. Worth, and 9 hours from El Paso.
Quilting clubs will find design walls for their quilts and ironing boards, as well as a washer and dryer for prewashing fabric. Scrapbook groups will love the exceptional lighting and many tables for spreading out paper and supplies. Everyone will enjoy the bright workspaces, plenty of electrical outlets, comfortable chairs, and Texas hospitality. No matter what your craft, you can sew, bead, scrapbook, weave, quilt, crochet, or knit yourself to happiness.
